Overview

At ARINASTECH, we aim to provide high-quality gaming PCs and components.
Due to the nature of our products, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
  • The product must show no signs of use, installation, or modification
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order gaming PCs
  • Opened or used PC components (CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage, PSU, etc.)
  • Software, operating systems, licenses, or digital products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional campaigns

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email.

We may request:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Serial numbers or additional verification

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 30-60 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. Allow additional processing time

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges for different products or configurations are not offered.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Secure packaging of returned items

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Final Notes

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected
  • ARINASTECH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
